Reflex Tuning offers the highest quality Volkswagen and Audi services in NH. We are not your average automotive repair facility. We are a small independent VW and Audi shop who is up front and honest. You will not get the runaround or sales pitch here.
Who are our customers?
Our target market are individuals in the New Hampshire area who want to maintain their vehicles and keep them on the road for a long time to come. No one wants their car to break down on the side of the road. We are here to help prevent that by offering the correct maintenance programs for each individual customer. We rely on a repeat customer base and word-of mouth advertising. We have customers that travel ranging from Maine to Southern Massachusetts!
Why VW and Audi?
By only focusing on Volkswagen and Audi allows us to know the ins and outs of these vehicles. As a result this makes it less expensive for the customer in the long run. Would you have a television service center repair your refrigerator? Then why bring your VW or Audi to a service facility who does every make and model under the sun?
What does Reflex Tuning stand for?
Good question. It all started when founder Doug Pauly purchased a New Beetle in the year 2000. The color of the Beetle was "reflex" yellow. When Reflex Tuning was established in 2003 we focused on offering performance services rather than repair services. As a result that is where the word "tuning" came from.
As the business grew we made the decision to discontinue all performance services. At that point the name Reflex Tuning had been around for over five years and became a household name in the enthusiast community....so we kept it.

Reflex Tuning has been serving New England's VW & Audi owners since 2003. The company is owned and operated by Douglas Pauly and Heather Zaccone. Doug Pauly is a recognized expert in servicing Volkswagens and Audis for over twelve years. Heather Zaccone has a bachelors degree from Quinnipiac University in entrepreneurship and small business management. We work hard to make your automotive repair experience an enjoyable one!
