"Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I went to two other Audi "specialists" in the area before RT for a rough idle and sluggish gear shift. Both said not to worry and it runs fine. It did not- my suspicion was correct and turns out there was significant issues that I'm glad I caught early because of RT. I can say Heather and her team are the only ones I will trust with my Audi moving forward. Communication is top-notch.
